On Aug, 27th morning, Prof .Ramesh Singh, academician of Malaysia Academy of Sciences, Vice Dean of the Engineering College, Malaysia University, together with Pro.Lai Sai Hin, Vice Director of the Civil Engineering Department, came to visit CSUST upon invitation.

Pro. Jiang Changbo, VP of CSUST, greeted the guests and made an in-depth talk with them on Yuntang Campus, accompanied with representatives in charge and staff delegates from the Office of Foreign Affairs, the College of Civil Engineering, School of Materials Science and Engineering, College of Automotive & Engineering, International College, College of  Electrical & Information Engineering, etc.

Having extended his warmest welcome, Mr. Jiang Changbo made an introduction to schooling history, discipline characteristics and foreign exchanges of CSUST, in the hope that both sides seize the chance and boost the cooperation between two universities.

Mr. Ramesh Singh briefed on schooling of Malaysia University & the Engineering College. Observing the similarities between two colleges, he saw great chance of cooperation and suggested an in-depth collaboration in the fields concerned.

After introducing their college respectively, the participants elaborated on potential cooperation in staff exchange, talents training, etc, which brought in signed MOU.

After the meeting, delegate from Malaysia University visited the Training Center of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, the High-performance Ceramic Laboratory
