On February 24th, Dr. Wu Dilong, director of International Affairs Division met in Yuntang campus Dr. Joseph Owino, department head of Civil and Chemical Engineering of UTC.

During this visit, Dr. Joseph Owino intended to gain a firsthand understanding of the education conditions for the CSUST-UTC joint education program and had a discussion about the details of the program, aiming to facilitate the early materialization of the cooperation agreement and initiate the program at the earliest possible time.

After the meeting with the director, Dr. Joseph Owino visited School of Civil Engineering and was warmly welcomed by the Dean, Professor Liu Yang, who briefly introduced the school and accompanied Dr. Owino to various laboratories.
