A delegation of sixteen members from East Stroudsburg University, USA.,led by Mr. Steven Michael Ives,Dean of the International Affairs Division made a nine-day exchange program to CSUST starting from May 20th.Pro. Jiang Changbo,VP of CSUST,met with the delegation on the morning of May,20th.
Mr. Jiang Changbo extended his warmest welcome to the delegate for coming again,and briefed on schooling characteristics and international development of CSUST.He remarked that the frequent mutual exchanges between two universities would render to a more solid foundation for future cooperation.
Mr. Ives, on behalf of ESU, expressed his gratitude for the hospitality to the delegation. He reviewed the knowledge and comprehension during the one-week stay in Changsha.Through a series of exchange programs organized by CSUST,the delegate had been enabled to be exposed in an opened China.
Having reviewed the mutual staff and students exchanges, both sides proceeded to explore the potentiality of dual degree program and academic or scientific cooperation between two universities.
